Why do you require a deposit?
We require a deposit to secure a future appointment and ensure our time is used effectively. This helps us manage our schedule and prioritize customers. Same-day appointments are available without a deposit, though these may vary based on our availability.
Do you service transmissions?
No, we do not handle transmission work. Without access to a lift, we cannot safely perform this type of repair. Our mobile service is best suited for jobs that do not require a full shop setup.
Do you provide A/C repair services?
Currently, we do not offer A/C repair, but we plan to in the near future after obtaining our EPA certification.
Can you program keys or ECUs?
No, at this time, we do not have the equipment needed to program or flash keys and ECUs. We hope to expand our capabilities in the future.
Do you offer tire replacement services?
No, we do not have the necessary equipment to replace or balance tires.
Why are your hours different from traditional auto shops?
Our hours of operation are currently designed around a separate job while we work toward making HoneyBee Automotive a full-time business with standard hours.
